Why Process Frameworks Are So Toxic
Agile process frameworks might help in some ways, but they actually make you LESS agile! Agility results from minimal process, depending on the situation, and from behavioral norms where people take the initiative and have conversations that can be characterized as appreciative inquiry.

SPAM filtering is very aggressive today. Just because you subscribed does not mean that you will receive our emails. To ensure that emails from us do not get put into your SPAM or Promotions folder, add us to your address book—it’s easy! There are several ways: choose which approach you prefer. Please note that you can always opt out of emails from us.
Download vCard
Add our vCard to your address book to ensure that our emails will not go to your spam folder! Just click on the vcard symbol to the right. That will download our vCard file, called “Agile+2+Academy.vcf”. You then just locate that file in your Downloads and double-click on it!
If you use Gmail
Open Gmail, and look for our emails in the Promotions tab. Once you find one of our emails, click on the three little dots and select “Add Agile 2 Academy to Contacts list”.
Or use QR Code
Just scan the QR code to the right with your phone’s camera! It will then open in the browser and allow you to save the contact information to your address book. If that address book syncs with the computer or phone in which you receive our emails, then the emails will never be marked as SPAM.
