Learning Flow, Lean, and DevOps Methods

Agile 2 Academy’s Multi-Team DevOps course is designed to be accessible to anyone, from Agile coaches who have no tech experience to programmers who have a lot of experience but who want to learn DevOps methods.

Learning objectives include:

• Why DevOps methods are actually an approach to achieving real-time risk management.

• Issues that arise with many teams and many products: how to understand and decide on merge and integration approaches.
